Update on my attempt at being a property developer!
I’m going all in on a luxury pool villa build that I then hope to sell, or potentially rent out. It just 400m from my own house, and here’s an update on the build.
For full transparency (I hate people flexing but then gate keeping!) Bought the land in May 2025 for about 4mTHB / $120k, and now building a 5 bed pool villa with maids room, sauna, gym/office etc
Let’s see the final budget but I’m hoping for 20m ($600k). Then aim to sell at 26m-28m ($800kish) depending on how much I spend to make it a luxury finish.

Come hike up Europe’s highest mountain with me and 6 friends this AUGUST, it’s the last call 🙂
August 1-10th, I’ll be flying to climb Mount Elbrus (5,642m / 18,510 feet).
It’s not technical at all. YOU CAN DO IT, it just requires a bit of grit and we can celebrate with endless cheap vodka at the bottom.
You have over 2 months to get ready, and I’ll help with that via whatsapp/calls etc. Let it be the highlight of your 2026.

42 years old, how did that happen?!
Living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. In the mountain air, everyone looks so fresh and young. Me though? I’ve been running across deserts, rowing across oceans and drinking oh too much booze from the Congo to Turkmenistan! And 42 is beginning to show!
Add that to the fact that my wife is a similar age, yet she takes care of herself and is starting to look 10 years my junior, it was time to take action.
I went to Chiang Mai’s best clinic, , to ask their advice. They told me that Ultherapy Prime was the way to go. No procedure, just a few jabs to stimulate my jawline back to action. And then a little Botox so fix my overly emotive face (thanks doc! Haha). All for a fraction of the cost of the Western World. Ok sign me up.
It only took an hour or so, and already I’m on the mend. The Ultherapy Prime apparently continues to improve as the collagen continues to return (according to the doc, and my wife) so we’re looking good for my second season of my TV show!
