We are very saddened that our new Pastor and his family will be returning to Denmark next month.
They will greatly missed in our community and we wish them all the best as the pursue what God has planned for them.

Det er en beslutning, vi har taget sammen, fordi familien ikke har opnået så høj grad af trivsel, som de og vi har ønsket os og arbejdet på.

Der skal lyde en stor tak til Tanja og Andreas for det gode arbejde, de har udført de seneste år i Etiopien. Guds rige velsignelse over fremtiden ❤

It is with sadness that we share the news of the death of Tore Iversrud Marthinsen in Norway. Tore and his family were members of our congregation during the years they lived and worked in Addis Ababa, from 1994 to 2001.

The Norwegian Lutheran Mission-Ethiopia is hosting a Memorial Service in remembrance of Tore and fellow missionary Ivar Harald Henriksen, who both passed away in a plane crash on April 1 in Norway. Those who knew Tore or Ivar are welcome to take part in the service that will be held in the Chapel at the NLM-E compound at Kazanchis, Addis Ababa Tuesday April 15th at 3.00 pm (9.00 Ethiopian time).

At tomorrow's service Redeemer's pastor, Andreas Vilrik Bruun, will be ordained into the Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus. We have been looking forward to this milestone in both Andreas' life and in the life of our church.
