This weekend, Julien Schmidt ran the Vibe Coding Hackathon: a structured path for our members from a rough idea to a working prototype, in days. The hard part was never really the code. It was learning to ask an AI model a precise enough question, watching it get something wrong, and figuring out what was missing from your own thinking before you could fix it.

What came out the other side wasn't a deck. It was a script that automates a task someone's been doing by hand for years, a small tool built around a problem specific to their business, a first working version of an idea that had been sitting untested for months.
