2nd &3rd place for the first ever pro qualifier 2022

Personally I’m very happy with the package we brought to stage regarding fullness & conditioning. Main goal was to not sacrifice size as for his width is very easy to look flat.
We decided together that is time to level up the game and ‘play’ bodybuilding from now on.
The goal for the following prep is to improve hamstrings, quads and arms (mostly tris).
A plan is already made for these things to happen😎

Posted • Look at this transformation! 🤯. About the same weight. 📈 It’s incredible how the proportions have changed. Changed metabolism, lower body fat, increased muscle mass, better proportions, changed mindset, it's all progress, bodybuilding is about progress.
