This morning started with red light Pilates ❤️
Soft movement. Deep breaths. Red light surrounding the body while the nervous system slowly softened and settled.
Red light therapy has been shown to support relaxation, recovery, sleep quality and help calm the body out of stress mode — something so many of us deeply need right now ✨
I use a red light wand myself several times weekly and often recommend clients to explore red light therapy too — whether that is a red light mask, wand, panel or even investing in a full body suit or mattress setup at home.
It really is remarkable what supportive light therapy can do for the body, nervous system and sleep when used correctly 🤍
But always remember:
– follow the recommended timing and frequency
– listen to therapists and product guidance
– do not stare directly into the lights
– and be extra mindful if you are sensitive to light
Other than that… yes please. I say do it!
Let’s flow in the light and glow together ❤️✨
Honestly, I could have gone back again tomorrow if I had the time… sadly I can’t go that much. But I will be back on the mat soon!
Healing is not always found in dramatic moments.
Sometimes it looks like movement in form of a walk, breath when stopping for a light, light when it’s the sun or others shining, connection with others over a cup or plate of food and a calm regulated nervous system makes room for even more joyful moments like these. But tools that helps those steps or journeys is lovely - as this red light mat! ♥️✨
If you are curious to test it out yourself, DM me “redlights” and I can forward you to the right person, place or products depending on your needs and area ✨
Thankful for the invite Selina Mackenzie through her group “Not just a marbella girl” - as to our instructor from Gabriela Gabr for sharing the space and energies this morning - 🙏🏻 Thank you.
Such a wonderful group of humans this morning and I’m so grateful to have shared this lovely experience with you all! 🙏🏻 My heart is full!

So I know many women that go through periods where they suddenly feel like their body has changed… and no one really prepared them for it.
Sleep changes especially .
The nervous system becomes more sensitive.
Stress feels stronger.
The body feels tired but the mind still keeps going.
I remember standing on a snow dressed top of a mountain in France in minus 20 degrees and suddenly realising heat was literally steaming from my head into the cold air around me.
And I just remember thinking… what is happening to my body?
It became one of those moments where I really understood how deeply hormonal changes and the nervous system affect us physically, emotionally and mentally.
Especially during perimenopause and different stages in life, I think many women quietly wonder:
“Why do I suddenly not feel like myself?”
This is one of the reasons I care so deeply about nervous system work and sleep support💤
Not from a place of “fixing” the body, but from learning how to support it more gently through change.
Slowing mornings down a little.
Creating calmer evenings.
Breathing differently.
Reducing overstimulation.
Allowing more rest without guilt.
The body notices these things more than we think 🤍
And sometimes support, grounding and feeling understood can make a bigger difference than we realise.
Sending love and extra energy to anyone navigating change right now, I hold space for you if you feel like getting a 1:1 session in with me to get a few pointers for better sleep already today. This is not a stage you need to go through alone. Many go through the same. I’m here 🌸
DM me “menopause” now - to get the special menopause sleep guide and I’ll send you info right back 🤍🤍🤍

Realization: This morning I realised how easy it is to keep going even when the body is quietly asking us to slow down or not go do.
I think so many women have become used to functioning while exhausted.
Answering messages while overwhelmed.
Pushing through while overstimulated.
Trying to rest while the nervous system still feels “on.”
Lately I’ve been reminding myself that healing is not always found in doing more.
Sometimes it starts with:
a slower breath,
a calmer evening,
less pressure,
more softness.
And to be honest this right here is a big part of why I created The Sleep Reset sessions 🌙
Not to “fix” anyone.
But to create a space where the body can finally exhale a little.
If you’re interested in knowing when the next reset session is - dm me “Sleep Reset” now.
But no matter what I want you to take a break or two today and pause! You are worth this a million times over!

This is also a part of the sleep plan method - when you stop stressing about it, sleep will come. 💤🤍
