Over 15 years ago I started teaching women in the beauty industry to become educators.

I was also the first in my space that included public speaking at my teacher training events: the educator summits (known now as the Speech To Teach™️ method).

Over 20 years ago I set up my first training academy (fun fact, my third physical academy was set up 10 years ago today in Scotland!).

Over 7 years ago I moved one of my in-person courses, online.
