Expanding my work to Madrid. As an owner's representative, I've managed projects for clients in New York -- overseeing the process from concept to ex*****on. I'm now applying that same approach to Madrid, supporting U.S. clients navigating both acquisition and design.
Madrid presents a compelling opportunity, but the process is different from the U.S. -- fragmented inventory, limited transparency, and a significant portion of properties never reaching public platforms.
I work on the client side to bring clarity from the outset -- evaluating opportunities, aligning design potential, and overseeing ex*****on through completion.
