Cordoba, you are fantastic! History amidst the flowers in the present. And what a history! My mind has been spinning over all the stories, cultures, and philosophies, and I even visited an alchemy museum. And in the meantime, flowers everywhere! Patios, botanical gardens, and parks. Normally, I am not a city person, but this city has a village ambience. Everyone is so friendly, and up for a chat. I didn't run into anyone in a bad mood in Córdoba. There is much more to come about this impressive, history-rich city, especially on my little YouTube channel (link in story or Facebook comments). Think of private patios, historic landmarks from Roman, Islam, and Christian times, the impressive mezquita mosque cathedral, palace houses, bridges, mudejar style architectures, 10th-century caliphal baths, and a spectacular evening lightshow in the gardens of the Alcazar of the Christian monarchs (which is closed for renovation at the moment btw).
