I have a favourite mantra for the morning that helps me to get up and practice yoga every morning😀👇

"If you sleep 10 more minutes it doesn't make a difference, but if you move 10 minutes in the morning, it does, right?"

10 minutes yoga a day keeps the
doctor away and trust me, you'll feel
the benefits through the day.🙏

Does life feel hard for you sometimes?

That’s normal, but don’t forget that you can see something positive in everything.
There is always a learning that you can take with you.

Relax and remember that life is fun. Go through the day with joy.

Write a list of small things that make you happy.
If you don’t feel so good, take a look at this list and put some of it into practice.
