The first client I tried to sign as a freelancer was for £150.⁠

Yesterday, I onboarded a client for £3000.⁠

The first one never replied to my follow-up email.⁠

The second one signed the contract and paid on the same day.⁠

What's changed?⁠

I've learnt how to sell myself, how to portray confidence to potential clients and how to spot a bad lead from a long way off.⁠

There's no secret to freelancing. Start, learn, get better.⁠

I'm gonna run round the house a few times to calm down 🚀🎉⁠
