The other day we were talking with one of our customers , let's call him "Nick", that just imported a product from Asia 🌏 and thought that the purchased product had simple characteristics and was not worth of quality and quantity inspection.

The result was that once they received their product, after approximately 30 days of shipping and all costs involved, they were surprised to find out that there were less pieces/product than ordered as well as the specifications of the order were not entirely met from the manufacturer as per the order.
