The difference between Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine Hydrochloride is simple but important, especially for people who exercise in the gym. Both give almost the same benefit (increased strength and muscle), but the difference in absorption, dosage, and price.

1️⃣ Creatine Monohydrate

Most used in the world.

Features:

• Supported by more than 500 scientific studies proving its effectiveness to increase strength and muscle mass.

• Increases muscle energy (ATP) and improves performance in vigourous exercise.

• The cheapest price and available everywhere.

• Safe for long use.

Defects:

• It may cause a slight water retention within the muscles (the appearance of full muscles).

• Some people may feel a slight bloating or pain in their stomach if they take a large dose.

Common dosage:

• 3–5 grams per day.

2️⃣ Creatine HCL

It is creatine bound to hydrochloric acid.

Features:

• It dissolves in water faster and is easier to absorb.

• It needs a lower dose of monohydrate.

• It often causes a smaller m**f in the stomach.

Defects:

• More expensive.

• Studies on it are much less than monohydrate.

• There is no strong evidence that it is better at building muscle than monohydrate.

Common dosage:

• 1–3 grams per day.

The Dangers of Unhealthy Eating After 40

After the age of 40, your metabolism slows down and your body becomes more sensitive to poor nutrition.

Unhealthy foods like fast food, sugar, and fried meals can lead to:

• Increased belly fat
• Higher risk of heart disease
• Blood sugar problems
• Loss of muscle mass
• Low energy and fatigue

What you eat after 40 directly affects your health, strength, and longevity.

Choose real food.
Choose discipline.
Choose a stronger body.
