Role Overview:
As an HR Specialist at Codebase, you'll play a pivotal role in our company's growth by managing recruitment processes, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring HR policies align with company goals.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and HR records.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Handle employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- Worked at a software and marketing agency before (as a plus).
