We are hiring a Senior Property Consultant to join our high-performance team at Consistency Real Estate, one of the fastest-growing real estate agencies in New Cairo.

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and representing the company with professionalism and expertise. This role is designed for someone with proven experience in real estate sales and a strong ability to close deals efficiently.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming leads and follow up through calls, meetings, and property tours
• Advise clients on suitable projects based on their needs and investment goals
• Present and promote real estate projects professionally
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure high client satisfaction
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, developers, and pricing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare accurate reports and share daily updates with your direct manager

🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong market awareness and ability to learn fast
• New Cairo residents preferred
