a dynamic showroom sales representative for one of our clients to sell tableware products in our showrooms. Responsibilities include engaging with walk-in customers, generating sales through online media, cold calling, and lead follow-up.


* Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
* Maintain product knowledge and stock updates.
* Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
* Update customers about new products via WhatsApp and email.
* Maintain a database of customers.
* Demonstrate product features and care instructions.
* Achieve sales targets through closing and upselling.
* Ensure showroom cleanliness and product presentation.
* Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
* Adhere to safety and health guidelines.


* High school diploma; sales or customer service courses are a plus.
* Sales experience is an asset.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of the sales process.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
