Meet Ahmed Gamal — Service Delivery Leader at SIGMA EMEA 🌟

Ahmed Gamal brings extensive experience and leadership to SIGMA EMEA as the head of the Service Delivery department. His journey in the telecom and IT industry showcases his deep understanding of service excellence and operational management.
Starting his career in support, Ahmed co-founded the Testing team at Etisalat Egypt, playing a vital role from 2007 to 2017.

In 2017, Ahmed joined SIGMA EMEA and quickly made an impact by leading the Testing team. His leadership was instrumental in launching Egypt’s first-ever Managed Service project with Telecom Egypt (WE) — a significant milestone in the industry. Recognized for his outstanding capabilities, Ahmed then took on the leadership of SIGMA EMEA’s PMO, where he successfully delivered critical projects such as the Lebara MVNE upgrade.

Today, as head of Service Delivery, Ahmed oversees a broad portfolio that includes Managed Services, Support, Operations, Infrastructure, Professional Services, and Testing. His strategic oversight ensures the seamless integration of services, operational efficiency, and the delivery of exceptional value to Sigma's clients.

With over 18 years of experience, Ahmed Gamal continues to be a driving force behind Sigma’s growth, innovation, and client satisfaction.
