Hospitality Senior Lead Architect Role and Responsibilities

• We’re Hiring: *_Hospitality Senior Lead Architect | New Cairo_*
• A leading Saudi developer (Back Office in New Cairo) is expanding its team and seeking a highly capable Hospitality Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of high-end hospitality and branded residence projects.

Core Responsibilities and Duties
• Lead Design Management across all project stages (Concept → IFC), ensuring design integrity, coordination efficiency, and timely delivery
• Manage and review consultant submissions to ensure full compliance with Operator Design Manuals, brand standards, and project requirements
• Drive Technical Coordination across all disciplines (Architecture, Interior Design, MEP, Landscape), proactively identifying clashes, gaps, and design risks
• Act as the primary interface with hotel operators, ensuring continuous alignment on design intent, brand requirements, and operational functionality
• Oversee Design Quality Assurance (QA/QC), ensuring all deliverables meet international hospitality standards and project benchmarks
• Ensure compliance with local codes, authority regulations, and international best practices, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and authorities
• Lead design review workshops and coordination meetings, ensuring timely closure of all technical comments
• Support value engineering initiatives without compromising brand standards or guest experience
• Monitor design progress against approved timelines, proactively flagging risks and driving corrective actions
• Coordinate between internal teams, consultants, and operators to ensure seamless communication and decision-making
• Ensure buildability and technical feasibility of design solutions prior to construction

Required Qualifications and Expertise
• Requirements*
• 12 years of experience in hospitality projects
• Previous experience within a consultancy firm (Engineering / Architecture) is essential
• Strong expertise in:
• Operator Design Manuals & Brand Standards (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.)

Key Responsibilities and Experience
• Design Management & Technical Coordination
• Hospitality project delivery
• BIM Coordination (Revit & Navisworks)
• Experience working with international hotel operators is highly preferred

Essential Skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex design processes
