l experience, preceded by three years of training in psychiatric hospitals. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the American University in Cairo (AUC), a postgraduate diploma and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Cairo University, and certifications in therapies such as:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
• Motivational Interviewing (MI)
• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
• Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

Beyond therapy, I find joy in camping, reading, and horse riding—all of which keep me grounded and remind me of the beauty of life’s simplicity.
