شكل نصف كروي عميق مع قالب محزز عند الحافة، محفور ومطعّم بالفضة، الجانب السفلي به دائرة كبيرة مملوءة بنسيج شعاعي معقد، الجوانب بها شريط من الزخارف الكوفية متخلله أربعة دوائر صغيرة بزخارف على شكل نجمة، وأشرطة صغيرة من اللفائف الورقية ونمط سلسلة أسفل الحافة، الجزء الداخلي بسيط، غطاء خشبي حديث مخصص

A silver-decorated copper vessel from the Mamluk period, Syria or Egypt, 15th century.
Description
Deep hemispherical shape with a grooved molding at the rim. Engraved and inlaid with silver. The underside features a large circle filled with an intricate radial pattern. The sides feature a band of Kufic motifs interspersed with four smaller circles with star-shaped motifs. Small bands of leaf scrolls and a chain pattern below the rim. The interior is plain. The lid is a custom-made wooden case.
