🎯HR ليه إدارة الـ
هي العمود الفقري لأي شركة ناجحة؟

الـموارد البشرية مش بس إدارة تعيين ومرتبات… دي الإدارة اللي بتتحكم في ديمومة نجاح الشركة واستقرارها.

🔹 1. بداية الرحلة:
الـ HR هو أول باب بيدخله أي موظف في الشركة. بيبدأ من اختيار الأشخاص المناسبين، وبيكمل معاه في كل مرحلة من رحلته الوظيفية.

🔹 2. حلقة الوصل:
HR هو الجسر بين الإدارة العليا وباقي الموظفين. بينقل الأهداف من فوق لتحت، ويرفع صوت الموظفين من تحت لفوق. التوازن ده مهم علشان كل طرف يكون راضي وفاهم المطلوب منه.

🔹 3. إدارة الأزمات والمشاكل:
مفيش شركة خالية من الخلافات، وهنا ييجي دور الـ HR كجهة حيادية بتسمع للطرفين، وتحل النزاع بعدل وشفافية، وتحافظ على بيئة عمل هادية وآمنة نفسيًا.

🔹 4. تطوير الهيكل والتنظيم:
HR مش دوره بس يدير أفراد، ده كمان بيشتغل على تطوير الهيكل الإداري، وتحسين توزيع المهام، عشان الإدارات تشتغل بكفاءة أعلى وبأقل مجهود.

🔹 5. تقييم الأداء:
لو مفيش تقييم، مفيش تطوير. الـ HR بيحط نظام تقييم شفاف يساعد في معرفة نقاط القوة والضعف، ويحدد مين يستحق تدريب، ومين جاهز للترقية، ومين محتاج توجيه.

🔹 6. القلب النابض لكل الإدارات:
كل إدارة في الشركة بتعتمد على HR في اختيار أفرادها، تدريبهم، متابعتهم، وتحفيزهم. بدون HR فعال، باقي الإدارات هتشتغل بنص طاقتها أو أقل.

✅ خلاصة الكلام:
HR هو اللي بيخلي الشركة تمشي… مش بس تمشي، لأ، تمشي صح وبثبات.

أيوه، لازم يفهم!
لأن شغل الـ HR مش بس تعيين ومرتبات…
إنت المايسترو 🎻 اللي لازم كل آلة حواليه تكون ماشية على نفس النغمة عشان الشركة تعزف سيمفونية النجاح! 🎶

تعالوا نشوف مع بعض إزاي كل قسم في الشركة مرتبط بشغل الـ HR، وليه لازم تفهم شغلهم:

دول زي خزنة البيت 🏦
افهم إزاي بيحسبوا وبيخططوا للميزانيات،
