Job Description :
•Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the sales within the assigned territory.
•Identify potential customers, establish contact, and build long-term relationships
with key decision-makers in target industries.
•Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using the
products, effectively demonstrating their benefits and value proposition.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, supply chain
and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
•Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and
customer needs, using the insights to refine sales approaches and strategies.
•Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product
demonstrations to potential clients.
•Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer
satisfaction.
•Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently meeting or surpassing revenue
goals.
•Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the senior
management team.
•Stay abreast of new product developments and industry innovations to continuously
enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, landscape, or a related field. A
master's degree is a plus.
•Proven experience of at least 3 years, preferably in the landscape/agriculture industry
or related sectors.
•Strong knowledge of landscape , with the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
•Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding
sales targets.
•Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to establish and
maintain rapport with clients.
•Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team
towards success.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver
compelling presentations and proposals.
•Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business
growth.
•Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a
team environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand
complex customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
