title: Sales Account Manager
Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Job Description:
we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Key Account Sales manager to join our team. The Key
Account Sales manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing key accounts, including
wholesalers and distributors, across different Egyptian governorates. This role requires a strategic
approach to sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong ability to drive revenue growth,
particularly in the snacks and confectionary products sector.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential key accounts, including wholesalers and distributors, across various
Egyptian governorates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
and loyalty.
• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions meet both company and customer
requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall
business goals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the designated time frame.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key accounts.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand.
• Initially visit customers to establish relationships, followed by ongoing operations primarily through
phone calls and virtual meetings.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Experience with imported food products, especially snacks and candies, is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel across different Egyptian governorates when needed.
