For these reasons, the founding body met on November 1, 2010 and approved the establishment of the “Rexus Agency for Human Development” in light of the laws and legislation of institutions Civil society stipulated locally and globally in order to build free democratic institutions that guarantee the rights of the components of the Iraqi people in a fair manner, away from ethnic, sectarian and political trends.
