Design office was established on 2003 by architect Khaled EL-Degwy
in the spot of the 5th settlement-new Cairo city . Design started with Architectural & Interior design (in Additional to Real Estate business) then expanded to site Supervision external finishing works redesign existing projects to the extend of turnkey process.

private villas & apartments Design handled interior design in different
fields of business like companies premises ,restaurants ,shops ,bookstore…
& also supervised most of their finishing works ex*****on

Design specialised in the scope of Residential projects by several
designs & supervision of villas, buildings, challets, studios…..etc. also held the
design of many public projects such as : Natural Resort(palm Islands)in
Port Said,commercial residential building in Al moqattam settlement - cairo,
commercial mall in 5th settlement - cairo, masjed in Nasr City.....
