وجاء هذا التدريب بهدف تزويد المشاركين بالمعرفة العملية والأدوات اللازمة لتمكينهم من إعداد وتقديم المستندات والتقارير المحاسبية بأسلوب احترافي ومنهجي، وبما يتوافق مع المعايير المعتمدة لدى الاتحاد الأوروبي، بما يعزز مستويات الشفافية والحوكمة المالية في مشاريعهم.

ويُعد هذا البرنامج التدريبي خطوة محورية في مسار تمكين رواد الأعمال، إذ يسهم في تطوير قدراتهم المؤسسية والإدارية، ويرفع من جاهزيتهم للامتثال لمتطلبات ومعايير الاتحاد الأوروبي، بما يضمن تعزيز الاستدامة المالية ونمو مشاريعهم على أسس سليمة ومستدامة.

Enroot Impact Catalyst هو برنامج الاستثمار المؤثر الذي تنفذه إنرووت ضمن إطار برنامج Impact Europe لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا ! والممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي.

As part of the Enroot Impact Catalyst project, Enroot development implemented a specialized training program for the winning entrepreneurs of the Massar Accelerator Program, focusing on social entrepreneurship and financial compliance in line with international best practices.

The training was designed to give participants practical knowledge and tools to prepare and submit accounting documents and financial reports in a professional and systematic way, in full compliance with EU–approved standards. This approach strengthens financial transparency and governance within their ventures.

This training represents a pivotal step in the entrepreneurial empowerment journey, contributing to the development of institutional and managerial capacities while enhancing entrepreneurs’ readiness to comply with European Union requirements and standards. Ultimately, it supports the financial sustainability and structured growth of their projects.
