Candidate will manage a team of software developers to assure that software development activities are delivered on time while complying to company quality standards.

Responsible for managing the scrum process
Coaching Agile practices
Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
Organizes and facilitates sprint planning meetings
Arrange daily stand-up meetings and facilitate meetings, demoes, and decision-making
Responsible for conducting retrospective meetings
Prepare a retrospective document
Document internal audits and findings to implement appropriate corrective actions
Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Record projects risks and issues
Project Planning with expertise in estimation & creating useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
Conduct releases and iterations plans, as well as updating the release and iteration charts on daily basis
Prepare reports on team capacity, progress and effectiveness of team performance
Ensure that the customer comments have been recorded and classified (bugs, new features)

Assures that the software solution meets its requirements and complies with the quality standards of the company
Creates test environments
Designs test cases
Ensures their proper ex*****on and records their results
