MStack360
At MStack360, we empower small and mid-sized businesses with complete Microsoft 365 solutions, cloud migration, security, automation, and modern workplace support. Led by Ahmed Masoud, a trusted Microsoft 365 consultant with years of hands-on experience, our team delivers tailored IT solutions that improve productivity, secure your environment, and streamline operationsβwithout unnecessary costs.
Most small businesses pay for a CRM they don't need.
Salesforce. HubSpot. Zoho. All solid tools. All adding monthly cost on top of a Microsoft 365 subscription that already includes everything you need.
I built a full CRM inside SharePoint using nothing but SharePoint Lists, custom views, and Power Automate.
Here's what it does:
Tracks leads and contacts from first touch to closed deal
Manages pipeline stages with visual board and list views
Sends automated follow up reminders through Power Automate
Logs every client interaction in one central place
Gives the whole team real time visibility without any training
No third party tool. No extra licence. No complex migration.
If your business already runs on Microsoft 365, you are sitting on an untapped CRM platform.
I'll be showing the full build in detail. Follow MStack360 so you don't miss it.

We just migrated a company from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 in 48 hours.
Here's what nobody tells you about cloud migrations:
Most IT consultants will say "it takes 2-3 weeks minimum."
We proved them wrong.
But here's the truth...speed wasn't the goal. Zero disruption was.
What we learned:
β Don't migrate on Mondays (learned this the hard way)
β Don't assume "cloud-to-cloud" means "easy"
β Don't skip the permission mapping (biggest mistake companies make)
β
Do migrate in phases, not all at once
β
Do over-communicate with the team (we sent update emails)
β
Do test everything twice, deploy once
The moment that almost broke us:
Day 1, 11:47 PM. Email sync stalled at 67%
3 years of business correspondence. Frozen.
Our team didn't sleep.
We rebuilt the connection architecture from scratch.
By 6 AM, every single email was exactly where it needed to be.
The result?
β Thousands of emails migrated
β All transferred with permissions intact
β 0 minutes of downtime β 0 data loss β 1 very happy client
Here's what surprised me most:
The technical part? That was the easy part.
The real challenge was getting 23 people to trust a new system after 5 years on Google.
We didn't just migrate data.
We migrated habits, workflows, and comfort zones.
My advice if you're considering this:
Your migration partner should ask about your PEOPLE before they ask about your DATA.
Proud of our team at MStack360 for pulling this off.
To our client: Thank you for trusting us with your digital foundation.
P.S. If you're stuck on Google Workspace and wondering if Microsoft 365 is worth the switch...
I made a video covering the entire process on YouTube and will share it in the comments.

Most companies are one wrong click away from a data breach.
And they don't even know it.
Here's what I see all the time:
Companies spend thousands building beautiful SharePoint intranets. Modern design. Clean layout. Everything looks perfect.
But then I ask: "Who can see this confidential document?"
Silence.
"Who has edit access to your finance folder?"
More silence.
They built a mansion and left all the doors unlocked.
Here's the reality:
β 70% of SharePoint sites have misconfigured permissions
β Sensitive data is often visible to "Everyone"
β One employee mistake = compliance nightmare
I've seen HR files exposed to interns. Financial reports accessible to temporary staff. Board meeting notes visible company-wide.
The solution isn't complicated:
β
Audit permissions quarterly (not annually)
β
Use security groups, not individual access
β
Apply the principle of least privilege
β
Document who should see what (and actually follow it)
A beautiful intranet means nothing if the wrong people can access the wrong things.
We just built this for a client π (swipe to see the site) Modern design + military-grade permissions = peace of mind.
Your SharePoint isn't just a website. It's a vault.
Treat it like one.
π¬ Quick question: When was the last time you audited YOUR SharePoint permissions? Drop a "β
" if you've done it recently or "π¬" if it's been... a while.

Three Orders. One Day
Woke up to not one, not two
but three new orders in a single day.
And they all came from great clients Iβve been wanting to work with.
Was I excited? Yes.
But here's the real winβ¦
Thatβs the power of:
β’ Microsoft 365 β Collaboration without chaos.
β’ Microsoft Teams β Meetings that make sense.
β’ Microsoft Power Automate β Automations that actually save time.
