Job Description
* Welcoming Guests
* Answering Incoming calls, Scheduling appointments
* Managing and organizing Petty Cash daily transactions and uploading them on the system.
* Maintaining office supplies
* Data entry, and assisting in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
* Proactive problem-solving abilities
* Bachelor's Degree Holder
* Previous experience in office administration or receptionist role preferred
