Immediately job needed for one of our Key clients in Egypt for a 12 months renewable term.
Job title: “ Tokenization Implementation Manager ”

Responsibility:

- Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Project Ex*****on: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the tokenization project, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Post Implementation support: draft the BAU operational process post implementation tasks.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the tokenization solution with existing banking systems and infrastructure.
- Data Security: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive customer data during the tokenization process.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the tokenization solution functions as intended and meets all security and performance requirements.
- Deployment: Manage the deployment of the tokenization solution across Bank's platforms.
- Post Deployment Support: ensure implementing the BAU post implementation operational process.
- Compliance Review: Ensure the tokenization solution complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Audit Support: Provide support for internal and external audits related to the tokenization project.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all compliance-related activities and decisions.
- Employee Training: Develop and deliver training programs for Bank employees to ensure they understand the tokenization process and can effectively use the new technology.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to address any issues that arise during and after the implementation of the tokenization solution.
- User Manuals and Guides: Create detailed user manuals and guides to assist employees in using the tokenization system.

Requirements:

- candidate needs to have at least 5 years’ experience in project management
- ⁠be capable to manage the project with slight supervision.
- ⁠banking experience is an asset.
- ⁠English and Arabic languages are a must.

Job Title: Head of Cards Business with Corporate & SME Experience (Launch Lead)
Location: Cairo, Egypt (on-premises, full-time)
Experience: 8–12+ years (including cards business head or senior product/P&L role)

Role Summary:

Our client is launching a new Payment cards business focused on corporate and SME segments in Egypt. We are looking for a senior leader with deep cards know-how to own the strategy, launch, targets, and overall performance. This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the end-to-end launch of the cards business.
- Own P&L, customer acquisition targets, and portfolio performance.
- Lead product design, features, pricing, and risk/reward frameworks for SME/corporate clients.
- Coordinate with technology, operations, compliance, and sales teams.
- Ensure regulatory readiness and partnership with the payment schemes.
- Set KPIs and actively drive ex*****on – not just strategy.

Must have:

- Proven experience in cards business (launch or significant relaunch preferred).
- Preference: Corporate or SME cards experience.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work on-premises in Cairo.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.

Job Announcement: Immediately needed for one of our Key clients in Cairo, Egypt.
Job title: “Customer Value Proposition Operations Analyst” – the candidate will support the day-to-day ex*****on and operational management of the client Customer Value Proposition (CVP) initiatives.

Requirements :
• Execute and support operational activities related to CVP initiatives and benefits programs.
• Support lounge operations, including tracking, issue resolution, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate operational tasks across internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Act as an operational liaison between the customer’s teams and third-party vendors.
• Support onboarding documentation, ongoing coordination, and operational communications.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly lounge utilization reports split by country, issuer, and product type.
• Support the secure distribution of lounge utilization data to issuers and internal stakeholders.
• Track lounge visits against agreed CAPS and thresholds and identify excess usage.
• Validate operational data inputs with Finance to ensure consistency between forecasts and actuals.
• Support periodic outlook submissions and forecast refreshes.
• Support the preparation of lounge billing summaries and issuer communications for visits exceeding CAPS.
• Prepare operational inputs for lounge accruals, revenue recognition, OPEX tracking, and mitigation reporting.
• Maintain lounge visit forecast models using actuals, run rates, and agreed assumptions.
• Support scenario analysis related to spend thresholds, CAPS impact, and mitigation options.
• Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
• Ensure activities align with the client’s policies, controls, and engagement guidelines.

Mandatory Skills :
• 6-8 years' experience in operations, business support, program coordination, or analytics.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, or outsourced service models preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Resource is employed, managed, and performance-reviewed by the client.
• Candidate will work against task prioritization and validation of outputs that will be assigned by the client.
• Services are delivered against a defined scope and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Ability to coordinate with the client’s Finance and Controllership teams by providing accurate supporting data and documentation.
• Experience in identifying operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Candidate will need to attend daily at the client’s office with full time presence.
