I would like to share my ongoing experience with B***a. After two years of partnering with them, I've noticed several issues that are increasingly discouraging for both our business and our customers.
High Fees: B***a's fee structure, which includes a charge of 70 EGP for pickup and another 70 EGP for shipping, is becoming unmanageable. This pricing is particularly challenging for small businesses like ours that rely on affordable logistics solutions.
Delays in Service: We have encountered multiple delays in package delivery. These delays not only frustrate us as a business but also discourage our customers from receiving their packages, straining our customer relationships.
Lack of Discounts for Long-Term Customers: Despite our long-standing relationship with B***a over the past two years, there have been no discounts or facilities offered to loyal customers like us. This lack of appreciation for our business further highlights the company's focus on profit over partnership.
Many small businesses, including ours, are reconsidering their partnership with B***a due to these issues. It is disheartening to see a once-reputable company take actions that may ultimately harm its reputation and viability in the market.
I sincerely hope that B***a can address these concerns and find a way to support its customers better. However, if these issues persist, we may be forced to explore alternative shipping partners.
