We are looking for a creative and passionate social-first Senior Designer to join our team.

Digital Agency experience is a MUST.

This is a full-time job.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design.

• Minimum 4-5 years prior experience in a digital agency or equivalent

• Must be highly and fully experienced in working on Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, InDesign, LightRoom).

• You have good experience in Social Media Content, Photo Manipulation, Animation, Illustrations, Branding, Social Media Ads, Print Ads, Product Design, Character Creation

• Experience in motion graphics, animation, and/or video editing is a plus

• You have worked for clients for various social media content.

• Enthusiastic about social media and experience using and creating content for the social media platforms

• You must be a team player, expert in design short-cuts able to deliver high-quality work with short turn-around time

• Able to meet deadlines and follow internal processes

• Ensure brand guidelines are followed

• Able to work under pressure and extra hours whenever required by the client/managers.

• Possess a solid understanding of design and user experience, leverage data where possible to ensure maximizing usability

• A team player with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Extremely driven with a desire to develop skills regularly

• You have worked for clients for various social media content

• Must be well versed in taking a brief and delivering creative and well thought out

• You must have excellent designing, creative visualization skills

• You must be an expert in doing research and creating appealing designs

• You should have the ability to manage work responsibly and passionately

• You should have the ability to handle multiple projects and produce quality results
