Trauma case presented with parasymphseal fracture and dento alveolar fracture . intraoral open reduction and rigid internal fixation was done for parasymphseal fracture and essig wiring for dentoalveolar fracture

Trauma case angle fracture previously fixed with ORIF with Superior and inferior plates but infection affect healing and fixation result in mobility and space defect in angle so we decided to correct this defect and angle fracture by reconstruction plate and iliac graft

Trauma case presented with right angle fracture and left body fracture .. intraoral open reduction and rigid internal fixation was done.
