𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆.
At Zaya Beach Clubhouse, the long coastal land became the idea that shaped the whole experience.

Instead of fighting the site, the design turns it into a journey:
• A clear spine guiding visitors from the entrance to the beach.
• Smooth transition from lively public spaces to calm private areas.
• Lagoon and clubhouse acting as the heart of the project with open waterfront views.

𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲, 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
