Letter to my baby Andre(a):

Darling you were born in April of 1990, your birth was painful for your mother and for you, it was a dry birth. For years you believed that this painful birth was your fault because you always believed the myth: “the baby drank the amniotic fluid from the mother”. Keep calm, at 32 years of age, you will start studying the best career of your life and you will understand everything in a scientific way. The day of your birth you almost died, and for years it will be hard for you to breathe. Keep calm, at 33 years of age you will learn to breathe consciously and you will help other people to heal with this tool too. When you were born you had to be alone for some days in an incubator, and that experience resulted in your original trauma, loneliness. Keep calm, I just want to say to you today, at 35 years of age, that you are never alone because you always have your breathing and your two spirits within your amazing person, that your journey is not going to be easy. But you will find your path… the path of healing traumas in people and supporting them through holistic and scientific therapies, journeys and fertility awareness education… the path that is starting today through Amankai ✨
