Every May we bring focus to something that continues to impact far too many families across Dominica, stroke.

At the RayAsta Foundation this work is deeply personal. It is why we continue to educate, support caregivers, and create spaces for real conversations around prevention, recognition, and recovery.

This month is a reminder to know the signs and be ready to act when it matters most.

BE FAST.

Because awareness only matters if it leads to action.

Last Thursday, we visited Pierre Charles Secondary School, our 4th stop on the Stroke Awareness School Campaign. ❤️ The students were engaged, responsive, and eager to learn about the BE FAST signs of stroke and the importance of acting quickly. It’s always encouraging to see young people gaining knowledge that can help save lives. 🧠
