H2S is formed in sewer networks due to the biological activity in biofilm inside sewage pipes. Especially when wastewater is transported over long distances. The consequences are unimaginable, but we can be sure that corrosion and health issues are only a glimpse of the symptoms. It is a global problem and it cannot be solved single handedly.

Together with BBK bio airclean A/S we have equipped one of their biological air filters from top to bottom with sensors connected to our smart platform, Monesco. Now, it becomes possible to make advanced air filtration and data analysis so we can get some in depth knowledge on the biological processes. It may be seen as only a small step, but it is an important one.

Johan Egsgaard Thomsen, one of Consibio's co-founders, participated on the AU's Dual Career program. As of now he is a full-time entrepreneur, engineer and one wunderkind! He excels in every field he touches regardless of it being product development, IT, sales or even music! We are thankful to AU Engineering for the awesome event!
