Dear struggling contemporaries, I'm Alexandra and I've had many questions and pains over the years when it comes to what it really means to live a healthy life. h your loved ones and others? Are we actually made of a too thin fabric to withstand all that modern society has welcomed us with? Are we shaping the world or is the world shaping us? Well, I was left with even more unanswered questions after I finished my education in health&nutrition in Aarhus, DK. Up to the point where I gave up trying to find out what is optimal nutrition for either adults or kids and really leaned back to just enjoying food and trying not to go too far off the edges. BUT THEN AGAIN, by means of both myself and other important people in my life, I realized that what you see is actually what you get and if you don't try harder then you are only left with what is offered. And what is offered? MOSTLY sugary stuff baked almost exclusively with refined white flower, processed meats or dubious meat replacements, dairy products from cows who are fed mixtures cows are not supposed to eat, fresh meat from animals who don't see the light of day, non-organic fruits and veggies who get sprayed with toxic stuff. WHERE is all of this going? We have to grow STRONG and help one another build this village where we educate one another in eating healthy and behaving peacefully, yet courageously! Every community is like a village, and regardless how tiny or how big it is, it's only the people which can make it STRONGER, so that everyone has a better sense of belonging and meaning in life.
