THE CAST is a genre-busting opera band pushing the boundaries of the classical music experience. A group of 6 professional opera singers and a pianist from across the world, they bring the excitement and performance style of pop music to opera for the first time.

Dear friends, dear fans,
After more than ten years together on stages across Germany and beyond, it’s time for a new chapter.
This will be our final season performing live together as THE CAST.
But that doesn’t mean the story ends here.
As our lives grow – with new babies, new partners, and new careers – so does our vision for what THE CAST can become. We've always believed that this music belongs to everyone, and our greatest joy has been sharing it with you. Now, we’re ready to explore what that looks like beyond the stage.
What we do know: these four concerts are a farewell to live performance – and a heartfelt thank you for everything we’ve shared with you over the years.
🎄 16 December 2025 – “The Winter Show”
A festive evening of music, stories, and winter traditions from around the world – sometimes funny, sometimes heartwarming, always full of feeling.
🎭 01 March, 26 April & 27 June – “VIVA! 400 Years of Opera in 90 Minutes”
A whirlwind of drama, passion, and favorite hits from four centuries of opera – all with that signature THE CAST twist.
Whether you’ve been with us for years or this is your first time,
these concerts are our love letter to opera – and to you, our audience.
