We are thrilled to share our design proposal for our „Fenix Masterplan“ in Prague.
Beta Realities’ Masterplan is transforming an industrial area near Prague into a sustainable and communal mixed-use neighborhood. Under the motto of a “phoenix rising from the ashes”, the revitalizing masterplan proposes an innovative model of holistic living intertwined with collaborative work environments and recreational facilities activating the site’s largely untouched ecosystem.
Our design elegantly addresses the site's challenges, using elevation to combat high flood levels from the nearby Vltava river. 🏞️🏢🌍
The project was conceived as a collaboration with SYNC Architecture / Klaska Ltd.
