Come to our next listening session at Spatial Media Lab and experience the piece "Voyager 1: Observing the Unknown" by TFi in full 3D immersive audio.
This piece portrays a journey into the vastness of the cosmos, seen through the eyes of one of humanity’s most distant and faithful messengers: Voyager 1.
This is a long-form 90-minute listening session happening on May 2nd, 2025, in an intimate, cozy, and comfortable setting, with only 20 spots available.
TFi will be present at this exclusive session to talk about the creation process and host a Q&A. There will also be a reception with drinks.

ℹ️ ‚Library Copy - Do Not Remove’ was originally conceived as a live spatial audio piece, and was performed only once at the Zeiss-Großplanetarium on June, 27th 2023 as part of the "Live Radiant" series. Spatial Media Lab will be presenting this unreleased material in Berlin on Saturday, November, 23rd 2024 at an intimate listening event accompanied by live video projections by cinema.av. Touching on themes of simulation theory, mythology, and the holographic universe, the artist Discovery Zone will be present at this exclusive listening session to talk about the process of creation and do a Q&A. There will also be a reception with drinks.

The Spatial Media Lab is celebrating its one-year anniversary, and you’re invited!

We can’t believe it’s already been one year since the Spatial Media Lab officially became a Verein. So much has happened since then—the installation at Alte Münze, MANIFEST:IO, securing our headquarters, tearing down some walls, our first in-house workshops, the 30th Roundtable (The NODE Institute), the TouchDesigner Summit off-site event, and the many new members which have joined.

To say thank you, we are hosting a summer BBQ/Grillfest together to celebrate. Food—sausages, meats, veggies, vegan options—and drinks—beer, water, sodas—will be provided. Just bring yourself, maybe some friends, and a good mood! We can’t wait to see you there.
