In the video storyboard by “Sima Bagherzadeh”, the artist represents a new concept to console herself; a world that gives her peace. She is one of the women who are looking for their self-esteem in social developments. She depicts a world in which children are defined as the offspring of the land in the absence of their fathers. The artist's experiences are based on the evolutions of her contemporaries in the face of the current society. This artwork reflects a world devoid of the flaws that women had experienced in the past. This is what we are observing today: Postmodernism has spread to the urban middle class lifestyle; a situation that has eventually led to promotion of the culture of consumerism. Most of the people have become urban and postmodern.
This change in outlook on life has affected our comprehension of the world and the way we enjoy it. On the other hand, in the postmodern world, it seems that the concept of society is fading, and a new social structure is formed as a result of random activities of individuals who are trying to give meaning to their world and find a place for themselves in this world. This issue leads people to beauty with designs inspired by the past. By returning to the past and displaying it, people are consciously or unconsciously seeking to borrow from the genuine and classic beauty, in order to leave the boring modern atmosphere behind, and to return to the innocence of the past; with the impression that whatever is beautiful, is genuine, innocent and morally desirable.
