Marcelino Arias is a senior safety and business‑improvement consultant with global experience helping organizations strengthen leadership, culture, and Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention.

A former general manager and automotive industry leader, he brings deep expertise in translating safety strategy into operational discipline across complex, high‑risk industries.

Marcelino works extensively with executive teams to embed safety as a driver of organizational excellence and sustainable performance.

He holds an Executive MBA and Engineering Masters, currently serves as Senior Consultant at DEKRA.
