Steel belt 150 m × 1.2 m, with three years of baked-on biscuit residue. The task: complete removal.
Operated at 10 kHz and 70% power.
Cleaning strip: 10 cm
Total cleaned length: 1.8 km (180 m²)
Cleaning rate: ≈ 3.75 m² / hour
Operation: 4 days, 12-hour continuous shifts
A deliberately conservative pace given three years of baked-on residue. On lighter contamination, the ROD 1000 runs significantly faster.
Thanks to the advanced cooling system and our innovative process head, the machine delivers stable, precise, and repeatable results — even in demanding industrial conditions.
