If you're in Montreal, a city known for it's European feel, French, buzzing nightlife and food - OMG the food - then as my Canadian foodie friends tell me: To experience Montreal, you have to experience the culinary underbelly that this city is famous for.

It was a tough choice, but after five minutes of arriving at Chef Derek Dammann's (mates with Jamie Oliver ) Maison Publique, I was sold. His market-fresh pub food, the comfortable atmosphere and of cause the bubbly, was amazing, and as you can see he's a pretty awesome guy too! Go, go, go! You'll love it!
