If you rent a car at the airport parking area, you need to take the parking ticket from the cup holder inside your car and pay for it at the payment machine or cashier.

After that, open the RideNow app menu and select Support. Then choose WhatsApp and send us a photo of your parking payment receipt. We will refund this amount as RideNow bonus credits to your account in the app. You can use these bonus credits for future rides.

⚠️ Please note: parking fees paid when you leave the car at the airport, or parking fees paid when you come to the airport to pick up or meet someone, are not refundable.
