I am honoured to have been selected to represent Scotland in the Men’s Elite World Championships in Belgrade, Serbia🇷🇸 The draw has been complete and I will box against Brazil on Wednesday afternoon in the round of 64🇧🇷 I will share a live stream link for the boxing when I have it. Thanks to for giving me this opportunity🏴 I feel confident and I am ready to get going🥊

Very soon this summer I will be starting some personal training at Maximum Strength Scot LTD in Hamilton!
So far I have gained a HNC and HND in Fitness, Health & Exercise and I Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualified! I am currently completing my honours degree at university in Sport & Exercise Science with 1 year to go📚I am also still competing in boxing and have done so for over 10 years now🥊 I have lots of experience in boxing and I have competed against some of the best boxers in the world in well recognised international tournaments!
During my time boxing and studying I have experienced taking part in different training environments in many countries. So my passion for boxing and fitness is huge and I would like to share my knowledge and experience with people😁
No matter what your fitness goal is; Losing weight? Gaining strength? Improving fitness? Learning how to box? Or even just that extra bit of motivation?
