Your neck pain isn’t just tight muscles.

It’s carrying the weight of a culture that taught you safety comes from control. That rest is laziness. That you must earn your worth through performance.

Most of humanity has always known: the body is not a machine. It’s a relational field, embedded in webs of connection that extend beyond you.

Your nervous system learned to brace in a world that glorified independence over belonging. Cultural inheritance, not personal failure.

When healing treats symptoms as local problems (stretch this, strengthen that), it perpetuates the very logic that created the tension: the logic of separation.
What becomes possible when we remember?

When we remember that your nervous system evolved for co-regulation, not control. That healing happens through connection. That your body carries intelligence older than the pain.

My work integrates Feldenkrais, NeuroAffective Touch, Aletheia coaching, and parts work within a framework that honors the body as conversation, not object.

We explore how your posture carries cultural imperatives. How symptoms point beyond themselves. How different parts hold different stories. How healing happens through relationship.

The work is slow, because rushing is part of the problem. Relational, because isolation is what broke us. Exploratory, because your body knows things your mind doesn’t.
