Kada govorimo o istoriji, važno je da pamtimo žene koje su bile njene graditeljke. Žene koje su bile tu od početka. Zapravo, one jesu početak.

Jer, ono što danas uzimamo zdravo za gotovo, nekada je bilo moguće samo zato što je neko imao hrabrosti da počne.

Zato te pozivamo da čuješ glasove onih koje su otvarale vrata kroz koja danas prolazimo.

Ko: Devet (sa)govornica podeliće svoja iskustva, sećanja i priče koje su postale deo istorije LGBT+ pokreta u Srbiji.

🌿 Body Neutrality Workshop

What if your body didn't have to be a project?

What if you could spend less time thinking about how your body looks — and more time thinking about how it feels?

In the second part of our Body Neutrality Workshop, we will explore the social pressures that shape the way women relate to their bodies and the often invisible ways we learn to monitor, judge, and objectify ourselves.

Together we will talk about:

✨ self-objectification and where it comes from
✨ beauty standards and the social consequences of not fitting them
✨ agency — our ability to make choices for ourselves, even within restrictive systems
✨ the difference between doing things to fit a role and doing things for our own comfort
✨ building a more comfortable, body-neutral relationship with ourselves

Through collaborative exercises, discussion, and shared experiences, we will explore practical ways of reclaiming comfort, confidence, and self-trust.

This workshop is designed as a gentle, supportive space for women to reflect, learn, and connect with others navigating similar questions.

No previous attendance is required — you are welcome whether this is your first body neutrality workshop or your second.
