Need a replacement? Within 30 days of shipping, if any appearance or performance defect is found under our standard inspection, we provide replacement service. Both-way shipping costs are covered by IRTOUCH.

For warranty claims during the 12-month period, simply send the defective unit back to us. We complete repairs within 7 working days and cover the return shipping cost.
