Another day another dish! Brought to you straight from the Bayou this Cajun dish is a smoked sausage made up of a smorgasbord of our smoked meats combined with rice, veggies and spices.
Here’s a quick how to guide on eating our BBQ’d Boudin:
1. Get a cracker
2. Spread our wholegrain mustard on it
3. Add a slice of boudin sausage
4. Add Tobasco hot sauce for an extra kick
5. Eat and Repeat!
